The Innsbruck Marketing plans its events with love and care for the people of Innsbruck and its guests. All interested restaurateurs have a high level of responsibility and make a significant contribution to the success of the event. Economic success is the sole responsibility of the business.

Requirements for a gastronomy partnership with the Innsbruck Marketing
1. Business license
The restaurateur must have a valid hospitality business license.
2. Regionality
Innsbruck Marketing attaches great importance to regionality. Preference is given to restaurateurs
- who have their business in Innsbruck or
- who are located directly at the event area, provided that they fulfill all other criteria.
3. Green Event Standards
All events organized by Innsbruck Marketing are carried out according to the guidelines of "Green Events Tirol" (see: greenevents-tirol.at).
This means in particular
- A deposit cup system is mandatory
- Waste avoidance is the top priority
4. Beverage offer
- Non-alcoholic drinks must be offered on a mandatory basis.
- High-proof alcohol (over 10% by volume) may not be served.
- The Tyrolean Youth Protection Act must be complied with without exception.
- A youth drink must be offered at family-friendly events.
This must be cheaper in the 0.5-liter unit than a 0.5-liter alcoholic drink (e.g. beer).
5. Food on offer
If food is offered, vegan and/or vegetarian options are mandatory.
6. Safety and hygiene
- The Liquid Gas Ordinance, fire safety regulations and hygiene guidelines must be strictly adhered to.
- Checks are carried out by the responsible authorities.
- Violations can lead to immediate closure.
7. Risk and liability
Innsbruck Marketing assumes no liability for risks such as
- cancellation or interruption due to weather conditions
- early termination
- low visitor frequency
- force majeure
