a) Access data (server log files)
When you visit our website, technical information is automatically stored in so-called server log files. These include

This data is necessary for the technical operation of the website. The server log files are anonymized by shortening the IP address (the first two blocks) and deleted after 360 days. Only summarized statistics, such as visitor numbers, are retained. The log files are regularly evaluated for website analysis with Matomo, whereby only aggregated data is used. There is no detailed analysis of individual user interactions or profiling. Processing is carried out in a data protection-friendly manner by shortening or anonymizing the IP address. This data is not merged with other personal data.

b) Newsletter
We offer a newsletter that is sent via the service provider Brevo. The following personal data is processed for registration purposes

c) Cookies & tracking technologies
Our website does not use any active tracking or marketing cookies.
External content such as YouTube videos, Instagram feeds or embedded Microsoft Forms elements are only loaded after manual activation by users. Only through this activation may it be technically necessary for individual services to use cookies or comparable technologies.
Matomo is operated without tracking cookies. However, a technically necessary cookie can be set to save an opt-out setting.

d) Web analysis with Matomo
Our website uses Matomo, an open source software for analyzing website visits.
Matomo is configured in such a way that:

no user profiles are created.
All data collected remains completely aggregated. It is technically impossible to recognize users across different sessions. The data is stored exclusively on our own servers without being passed on externally.

3. “Zwischenraum” Online Game – High Score & Contest
In the “Zwischenraum” game, users can voluntarily enter their first name and email address into a high-score list.

to send weekly prize notifications.
Data processing occurs exclusively with prior consent via an opt-in checkbox. The data is stored locally, not shared with third parties, and deleted upon project completion or upon revocation of consent.

4. Casting Calls / Application Uploads
As part of casting calls, interested individuals have the opportunity to submit personal data and video recordings to apply for productions or campaigns.
In particular, the following data is processed:
- First and last name
Email address
Phone number
Uploaded video recordings
The data is processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the respective casting and selection process. Access to the data is granted exclusively to Innsbruck Marketing GmbH and the production company we have commissioned. Processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of your express consent; this consent may be revoked at any time with future effect.
The data and videos provided will be deleted no later than three months after the conclusion of the respective casting process, provided that no statutory retention requirements prevent this.
Minors are not eligible to participate.

5. Photography and Videography at Events
Photos or videos may be taken at events for documentation purposes. Processing is based on Innsbruck Marketing GmbH legitimate interest in documenting and communicating its events. The data subjects’ interest in the protection of their data has been taken into account; recordings are made during public or announced events where, due to the public nature of the event or a notice in the event communication, the terms of participation, or on-site signage, participants can reasonably expect to be photographed or videotaped.
These recordings may be:

in print media,
on social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube), or
as part of our public relations efforts

For events with a limited number of participants, we offer online registration. In this process, we process your first and last name, email address, and, if applicable, the selected event or program item. This data is processed solely for the purpose of assigning seats, managing waitlists, and sending confirmations, reminders, and organizational information via email. You can cancel your registration at any time by clicking the link included in the confirmation email. This data will not be used for newsletters or other advertising unless separate consent has been provided for this purpose.
The following service providers, in particular, may be involved in the respective processing:
- Hosting providers for operating the website,
Brevo (Sendinblue SAS) for newsletters, forms, event registrations, and automated email communication,

In such cases, appropriate safeguards, in particular EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), are implemented. Nevertheless, certain third countries may have a lower level of data protection than within the European Union.
