KRAUT & KNOLLE will once again bring autumnal delights to Innsbruck's city center next year. On the market square, everything revolves around the diversity of Tyrolean agriculture, regional quality and the unmistakable taste of autumn. In cooperation with Tyrolean vegetable farmers and the Tyrolean Chamber of Agriculture, a market is being created that brings tradition, craftsmanship and regionality to life.

Visitors can expect a lovingly designed market experience with fresh autumn vegetables, farmhouse delicacies and handmade specialties directly from Tyrolean farms and manufacturers. The market invites you to stroll, taste and shop.

The market is accompanied by musical contributions from Tyrolean folk music and a varied supporting program.
